Green & White Social Event

The 4-H Annual Green and White Social was held March 7th, 2009 at Norton Hall. Carolyn Pfanner along with the assistance of Janet Guard and Beth Post did a wonderful job preparing a meal of Thai chicken and fresh vegetables for a packed house of 65+ people. Full Belly Farms, Berryessa Gap Vinyards and Bogle Winery and donated towards this wonderful dinner event.

I would like to thank all of the clubs who purchased and sold there tickets as well as those who supported the Silent Auction, we had a wonderful array of items up for auction.  The total dollars raised this evening for the 4-H incentives and recognition Awards program was $2,269.00, this number is up $541.00 from last year.  Again a special thanks to Carolyn Pfanner as well as Janet Gaard, Beth Post, Joy Valcheck, Angie Moreland, Lara Vannucci, Frank & Nancy Muller, John Roncoroni, Karisa Huie and Delynda Eldridge for all helping to make this event a huge success.
