Every volunteer is welcome to attend and contribute. Please join and encourage other parents and leaders to do the same.

4-H Leader's Council Mintues
Leaders Council is the governing body of the Yolo County 4-H Program. It makes decisions and policies that affect ALL the 4-H clubs in our county. The officers and area representatives are all volunteer leaders and parents. All clubs must be represented at the Leaders Council meetings so that they may have an equal voice in the policies and events of the County 4-H Council. Council meetings start promptly at 7:00 p.m. and conclude no later than 9:00 p.m. Meetings are open to all 4-H members, leaders and parents. 4-H members 14 years and above have voting privileges, and are encouraged to participate.
