* Every volunteer is welcome to attend and contribute. Please join other volunteers and encourage parents and leaders to do the same.

* If your club is not represented at a Leaders Council meeting you should review the meetings minutes to find out the important information that you missed. To sign up to be on the email list please contact the 4-H Office.

Leaders Council is the governing body of the Yolo County 4-H Program. It makes decisions and policies that affect ALL the 4-H clubs in our county. The officers and area representatives are all volunteer leaders and parents. All clubs must be represented at the Leaders Council meetings so that they may have an equal voice in the policies and events of the County 4-H Council. Council meetings start promptly at 7:00 p.m. and conclude no later than 9:00 p.m. Meetings are open to all 4-H members, leaders and parents. 4-H members 14 years and above have voting privileges, and are encouraged to participate.
