Early Elementary Nutrition Education

If you are currently teaching kindergarten, first, second, or third grade, we have some great resources for you.

We understand the complexities of school administration and the difficulty in fitting in another subject. So we make our materials as easy to use as possible, with little to no prep time.

As the grades progress, the topics and skills become more complex. Each grades activities are correlated to the California Department of Education Content Standards.

If your site qualifies as low income (serving a majority of families that fall below 185% of the Federal poverty level - we look at free and reduced lunch data to verify) then all of our services are free.

Our program coordinators will meet with you individually to determine the best way to integrate materials and activities into your exisiting curriculum. All of our resources are age appropriate, support academic standards, address behavioral aspects of health, nutrition, physical activity, and hygeine, and utilize a variety of educational approaches to engage children.

We use a literacy-based model that integrates age approporiate, visually stimulating storybooks that are central to the theme. We will bring the materials to you, and pick them up when you are done.
