Happy Healthy Me. . ..Preschool to 1st grade
A nutrition education curriculm created by UCCE and DANR for young children to explore nutrition and physical activity concepts in a fun and interactive way. Through this curriculum, 4 to 6 year olds will make the connection between good nutrition, physical activity, and a healthy body! Included are nine lessons containing multiple activities and storybooks that go along with each lesson.
Go Glow Grow.....Preschool Curriculum
The goal of the curriculum is to help childern establish healthy eating and physical activity habits that will last a lifetime. The Go, Glow and Grow nutrition curriculum for preschool simplifies the USDA's MyPyamid into just three catagories labeld, Go, Glow and Grow. Each of the sections corresponds to the affect that these food groups have on the body.
Eating Healthy From Farm to Fork....Kindergarten
Promoting School Wellness is a nutrition education curriculum that makes the connection between local food systems, garden-based learning, school food service, and the establishment of helathy nutrition habits. Eating Healthy from Farm to Fork uses a consistent easy to use format that provides all the information needed to successfully implement the curriculum in the classroom, as well as informal educational settings.
Reading Up MyPyramid.....Kindergarten to 3rd grade
A nutrition education curriculum created by UCCE and DANR to help young children learn about food through popular storybooks. Included are eleven lessons containing multiple activities. Also included are parent letters in both English and Spanish.
5 a day Power Play: 3rd to 6th grade
Eating Right is Basic: 3rd to 6th grade
TWIGS: Kindergarten to 6th grade
A garden based curriculum developed by UCCE for educators working with children K-6th grades. Thirty lessons are included in the curriculum which are designed to enhance children's interest in fruits and vegetables and also explore in the garden.
EatFit: middle school
EatFit is a goal oriented curriculum that challanges adolescents to improve their eating and fitness choices. This program uses computer technology to assist with diet assessment and "guided" goal setting for making healthy lifestyle choices. The program provides skill building experiences and social support to help students reach their goals.

Every Step Counts: adolescents
This pedomter-based phsical activity intervention is used in conjunction with other nutrition education materials. It provides concrete feedback for tweens and teens in 9 easy to use, fifteen minute lessons. Each student recieves a step counter as part of the program.
